Most ranger builds do pressure damage. Any ranger that doesn't spread poison around is a bad ranger.

Have you ever really tried to spread poison when with H&H and watched the results? Because then you'd know they actually do follow your target and searching and calling targets doesn't help your spreading poison and vice versa. Then there's the problem of conflicting interests with interrupting, I really don't have time to spread poison when I really should be shutting down some Ele boss. Poison is neat but it's not the omg-best thing around to warrant such a bold statement.

I meant direct damage, not condition spreading.

Quite sure he was talking about PvP, because that's exactly what rangers to in PvP.

A broad statement in a thread that was directed at PvP. Generally you're talking about PvP when the OP is about PvP, same with PvE.
